(MERLO) Se proyectará “Lawfare in the Backyard – La Guerra Judicial en Latinoamérica”
Este viernes 14 de junio a las 19 horas se presentará “Lawfare in the Backyard – La Guerra Judicial en Latinoamérica”, un documental sobre “la persecución judicial, prisión política y linchamiento mediático” contra los lideres del campo popular en diferentes países de la región.
Producido por la Cooperativa Audiovisual Nuestramérica, se proyectará en el Club Independiente de Merlo, ubicado en Avenida Libertador 223. (Merlo, Prov. de Buenos Aires)
Se trata de un proyecto de investigación audiovisual inédito que profundiza en la situación socioeconómicas, la degradación institucional en general y la pérdida del Estado de derecho, a través de tres ejes temáticos: el jurídico, el mediático y el político, así como en sus consecuencias nacionales y en la región.
Desde esa perspectiva, el documental analiza la actualidad política de Argentina, Brasil y Ecuador y sus consecuencias nacionales y regionales.
Como resultado de una extensa investigación surge este material fílmico el cual reúne entrevistas y testimonios a fiscales, abogados, periodistas, investigadores, ex funcionarios y funcionarias, diputadas y diputados. Además de el aporte de organizaciones sociales de diversos países.
La Guerra Judicial o Lawfare es el nuevo instrumento del poder real que utiliza contra los gobiernos populares y dirigentes políticos para desprestigiar, demonizar y destruir un modelo político-económico y social que favorece a las mayorías.
El término Lawfare describe “un modo de guerra no convencional en el que la ley es usada como un medio para conseguir un objetivo militar” y es utilizado con este sentido en Unrestricted Warfare, un libro de 1999 sobre estrategia militar.
Podemos observar el mecanismo implementado por dicho poder sobre nuestra Latinoamérica: Son los casos del expresidente Rafael Correa en Ecuador, el expresidente Lula Da Silva en Brasil y Cristina Fernández de Kirchner en Argentina.
