Se confirmó la relación de Bullrich con D’Alessio
La ministra de Seguridad, Patricia Bullrich, quedó más complicada en la causa por espionaje ilegal por la que está procesado y detenido el falso abogado Marcelo D’Alessio y salpica al fiscal de la causa de los cuadernos Carlos Stornelli, que sigue en rebeldía y no acude a indagatoria.
La empresa de telefonía Movistar confirmó que el celular que tenía agendado D´Alessio como “Bullrich” era efectivamente el teléfono de la ministra a la cual le pasó información sobre Los Monos, la banda de narcotráfico más importante de Rosario.
A través de una notificación dirigida al juez federal de Dolores Alejo Ramos Padilla, la empresa de telefonía señaló: “Al respecto, conforme surge de los registros informáticos de mi mandante, le informo que la línea está asignada a Patricia Bullrich”, citando el número pertinente y el domicilio de la funcionaria.
Parte de la conversación incluida en la causa:
-“Estoy a disposición”, le dice D´Alessio a la ministra y arranca la conversación por Whatsapp entre ambos.
– “Lo investigaremos. ¿Cuál era el barrio privado?”, le contesta Bullrich,
– “Puerto Roldán. Ahí lo custodian 4 suboficiales. De hecho los funes tienen la logística de la comisaría 15”, finalizá D´Alessio.
El informe que confeccionó la Comisión Provincial por la Memoria (CPM) halló una captura de pantalla de la que se desprende un fragmento de conversación.
Incluso Bullrich se interioriza en la investigación: “Cuál es el barrio privado”, pregunta. “Puerto Roldán -tipea D’Alessio-. Ahí lo custodian 4 suboficiales. Tengo filmaciones aéreas del movimiento. Si queres la semana que viene te paso lo que avanzamos sobre el tema. Es muy complejo el tema Rosario. Están reemplazando a los soldaditos por efectivos policiales. De hecho, los Funes, a través de chapita úngaro, cuentan con la logística de la comisaría 15 (…)”.
Dice la CPM respecto al intercambio: “Se hace mención a fotografías con drones de un barrio privado y a los tópicos abordados en la reunión con Lorena Cantero (familiar de un miembro fallecido de la Banda Los Monos) y su abogada. Asimismo debemos destacar que en el celular Iphone X, secuestrado en la vivienda del imputado D’Alessio, se advierte el contacto de la conversación registrado con el mismo nombre”.
Esto genera un duro revés para el Gobierno, cuyos varios funcionarios están apuntados de cooperar y formar parte de esta red de extorsión entre políticos, jueces, fiscales y periodistas; que tiene en el banquillo de los acusados tanto a D’Alessio como a Stornelli.
