Un video muestra el momento en el que la policía le dispara a un delegado de UPCN
El hecho se produjo cuando varias personas intentaban ingresar a una delegación del Ministerio de Trabajo durante una protesta del gremio UPCN, el gremio de los estatales, en la que reclamaban un convenio colectivo de trabajo, indicó el portal local IMNeuquen.com que difundió el video que fue filmado por uno de los manifestantes.

El hombre, como puede verse en las imágenes, sale del lugar al notar una herida. Pero luego cayó al piso y en ese momento fue asistido por otro policía que intentó contener la pérdida de sangre hasta que una ambulancia del SIEN llegó y lo trasladó al hospital Castro Rendón.
Por el momento, hay cuatro oficiales de la Policía apartados y se secuestraron cuatro armas reglamentarias para su pericia. La causa está en manos del Poder Judicial y del Ministerio Público Fiscal.
