Laura Alonso: La defensora de la «transparencia» no quiere que auditen la OA
Un grave conflicto se desató entre la Oficina Anticorrupción (OA), que preside Laura Alonso y la Auditoría General de la Nación (AGN), después de que Alonso se negara a entregarle información a ese organismo. Y en caso de seguir con las evasivas, AGN denunciará a la titular del organismo por negarse a cumplir con las normativas correspondientes que establecen la realización de una auditoria, del mismo modo que en otros organismos del Estado. ¿A qué le teme realmente Laura Alonso?.
«De no recibirse o no permitirse acceso a la información en un plazo de diez días corridos, la AGN procederá a iniciar una acción judicial en ejercicio de las competencias constitucionales y legales«, fue el ultimátum que suscribieron los siete auditores generales, incluidos los oficialistas Jesús Rodríguez y Alejandro Nieva y con la firma del presidente de la AGN, Oscar Lamberto (PJ), la nota fue remitida a la Comisión Mixta Revisora de Cuentas del Congreso.
Esto se debe a declaraciones que habría hecho la funcionaria en un canal de televisión, en la cuál afirmó que «su oficina no se presentara como querellante en las causas que involucran a funcionarios del actual gobierno para no ser parcial» lo cual es un argumento insostenible.
Precisamente, la Oficina Anticorrupción fue creada para seguir de cerca las actividades de los funcionarios de gobierno y denunciarlos en aquellos casos que violen reglamentos o leyes relacionados con los cargos que ocupan, incluyendo al propio presidente de la nación.
