CFK presentará una demanda civil contra Wiñazki y Lanata por difamación
Gregorio Dalbón, abogado de la ex mandataria, anunció que hoy formulará una denuncia civil por falsedad ideológica contra los periodistas del Grupo Clarín Nicolás Wiñazki y Jorge Lanata. Acusaron a CFK de haber ocultado giros al exterior por casi 500 millones de dólares.
La ex presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner demandará civilmente por difamación a los periodistas Nicolás Wiñazki y Jorge Lanata, luego de que el diario Clarín publicara en su tapa que la ex jefa de Estado “ocultó giros al exterior por U$S492 millones”. Así lo anticipó a través de su cuenta de Twitter el representante legal de la ex mandataria, Gregorio Dalbón.
“Ante la injuriante y falsa tapa de Clarín, CFK me instruyó a demandar al periodista Nicolás Wiñazki y a Lanata”, indicó el abogado. “Sale hoy denuncia por falsedad ideológica y la calumnia gratuita. Llegaron a un límite. CFK llevará la injuria a la Justicia”, agregó.
La propia ex presidenta se refirió al tema desde su cuenta de Twitter. “Periodismo de guerra: Si no hay pruebas inventemos títulos. Si hay tarifazo, inventemos títulos. Si hay inflación, inventemos títulos”, escribió Fernández de Kirchner. Y concluyó que “la nota de Clarín tiene un solo problemita: no encontraron una cuenta en el exterior, ni fondos ocultos o no declarados, porque no existen”.
