Es por la denuncia de la exmandataria contra la diputada del GEN, luego de las denuncias desmentidas ante la justicia por «lavado de dinero». Stolbizer había pedido a la mediadora María Etelvina Notari de cambiar la fecha del encuentro porque tenía previsto viajar a Río de Janeiro a ver a su hijo, Nicolás, en las olimpiadas.
Luego de los cruces entre la Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y Margarita Stolbizer y que la expresidenta pidiera una mediación por «calumnias e injurias» luego de las denuncias por lavado de dinero, la fecha fijada era el 10 de agosto. Pero luego del silencio de la diputada nacional, presentó un escrito ante la mediadora María Etelvina Notari para adelantar el encuentro o posponerlo a su regreso de Río de Janeiro.

Ante esta situación, el abogado de Kirchner le contestó que debe ajustarse a los tiempos de los abogados, de la mediadora y de su representante. Ahora se dio a conocer que la exmandataria aceptó adelantar la mediación, que se haría el 8 del mes que viene a las 11 de la mañana.
