El mensaje de voz se conoce el mismo día en el que el magistrado pidió citar a indagatoria a la ex Presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y al ex ministro de Economía Axel Kicillof en el marco de la causa que investiga el supuesto ocultamiento de operaciones bancarias vinculadas a Lázaro Antonio Báez a partir de una nota de Nicolás Pizzi en el diario Clarín en el mes de julio que replicó el domingo 21 el programa Periodismo Para Todos que conduce Jorge Ernesto Lanata.
