Graciana Peñafort explicó por qué es un escándalo que comience el juicio contra CFK
Desde Radio Con Vos, Ernesto Tenembaum dialogó con la abogada Graciana Peñafort, quién dejó su opinión sobre la decisión de la Corte Suprema de Justicia respecto a la causa “Vialidad” contra la expresidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y que dará inicio el juicio oral el próximo martes.
En este sentido, indicó que el problema es que hay demasiada presión para que comience el juicio. Por lo cual, manifestó: “La ley es clara, por algo dice que no se puede iniciar un juicio cuando hay recursos pendientes, pero van a iniciarlo igual con recursos pendientes, veremos cual es la suerte del juicio”.

Por otra parte, explicó que en un juicio oral donde la Fiscalía pone a una persona y esa persona se tiene que defender, la única manera de defenderse es presentando pruebas que debe autorizar el Tribunal, y que en este caso no autorizó: “la acusación de Cristina es sobre 51 obras y solo han permitido pericias en 5. Sobre las otras, Cristina no puede ejercer una defensa porque no le autorizaron las pericias”, cuestionó.
Finalizando, remarcó que en este caso se esta vulnerando el derecho a la defensa de la acusada: “Que la juzguen por las 5 acusaciones que tienen la pericia autorizada, el problema es que la juzguen por las 51 acusaciones, es imposible defenderse”, sentenció Graciana.
