El Gobierno intimó a Trimarco a devolver los predios cedidos para las víctimas de trata
El Gobierno intimó a la Fundación María de los Ángeles para que devuelva los predios usados para contener a mujeres en situación de vulnerabilidad.
La Fundación María de los Ángeles que preside Susana Trimarco, madre de Marita Verón, deberá devolver los predios pertenecientes al Estado Nacional que habían sido cedidos por Cristina Kirchner para contener a mujeres víctimas de violencia de género y trata de personas.
La orden de restitución fue dispuesta por el Gobierno de Mauricio Macri, que mediante un expediente de la Agencia de Administración de Bienes del Estado (AABE) publicado por La Nación, ordenó que la ONG «desocupe y restituya los inmuebles en un término de diez días a contar desde la notificación de la medida, bajo apercibimiento de iniciar las acciones legales pertinentes».
En la AABE explicaron que la medida corresponde «a una decisión política del Poder Ejecutivo Nacional de hacer prevalecer el proceso de preservación del patrimonio inmobiliario estatal y la racionalización del espacio físico del mismo, con vistas a su mejor aprovechamiento y utilización».
En ese sentido, afirmaron que los predios que ocupan una superficie conjunta de casi 119.000 metros cuadrados, serán destinados «a la planificación, desarrollo y ejecución de políticas públicas».
Uno de los terrenos está ubicado en San Miguel de Tucumán en calle Italia al 2800 y pertenecía al Ejército Argentino. Trimarco planeaba destinarlo a la construcción de un centro materno infantil para contener a mujeres víctimas de la trata de personas y de la violencia de género y sus hijos.
En tanto, el otro predio está ubicado en la localidad de Las Talitas y fue cedido por Cristina Kirchner en julio de 2015. Ocupa una superficie de cuatro manzanas con seis edificios en desuso que iban a destinarse para albergar a mujeres víctimas de la trata.
Además, Trimarco quería desarrollar microemprendimientos de peluquería, cocina, repostería, pintura, corte y confección; como así también construir un Centro de Desarrollo Materno Infantil y una Casa Educativa Terapéutica, un polideportivo con pileta de natación olímpica, una plaza seca y un jardín con preescolar con capacidad para 118 niños.
