Stornelli se cree impune, pero Padilla lo declaró en rebeldía y tendrá que dar la cara
El fiscal Carlos Stornelli demuestra con su accionar que está más sucio que una letrina, es el colmo que un fiscal que sigue siendo parte de una de las causas más controvertidas del momento, siga intentando escaparse de la justicia tan impunemente.
Luego de ausentarse por cuarta vez a prestar declaración indagatoria, el juez federal de Dolores, Alejo Ramos Padilla declaró «en rebeldía» al fiscal Carlos Stornelli. Además le pidió al procurador general Eduardo Casal que «adopte medidas» para que el magistrado se presente en su juzgado.
Tal como se esperaba, en su resolución, el juez federal argumenta que Stornelli fue citado a declarar en cuatro oportunidades y que en ninguna de ellas se presentó, pese a estar «debidamente notificado».
«El imputado, con su actitud procesal, no solo desconoce la autoridad de este juzgado, sino que también la de los tribunales superiores, ya que al colocarse en rebeldía se priva de la posibilidad de acudir a la Cámara de Apelaciones de Mar del Plata para que rápidamente corrija aquello que puede evaluar como indebido o incorrecto», agrega.
Cabe señalar que Ramos Padilla le imputa a Stornelli el haber formado parte de una «organización ilícita dedicada a la realización de distintas actividades y operaciones de investigación criminal, inteligencia y espionaje ilegal».
