Dictaron falta de mérito a Cristina Fernández de Kirchner en la causa de la ruta del «dinero K»
El juez federal Sebastián Casanello dictó la «falta de mérito» de la senadora Cristina Kirchner en la causa por presunto lavado de dinero conocida como la «ruta del dinero K», por la que está detenido el empresario Lázaro Báez.
Casanello resolvió la situación procesal de la ex mandataria cuando, en paralelo, gran parte de la causa por lavado de dinero está en etapa de juicio, con más de 20 implicados.
El magistrado la había convocado a declarar a Comodoro Py luego de que se lo ordenaran los jueces Martín Irurzun y Rafael Llorens, de la Cámara Federal: hasta el momento, el magistrado se había negado a citarla pese a los pedidos del fiscal Guillermo Marijuan y de la Oficina Anticorrupción, por considerar que la ex mandataria era investigada ya por los mismos hechos en la causa por fraude en la obra pública a raíz de las licitaciones con las que se benefició Báez.
Los camaristas Llorens e Irurzun habían considerado que sí había elementos para convocarla a indagatoria, ya que la fortuna que manejaba el empresario Lázaro Báez no hacía pensar otra cosa que era ella la verdadera dueña.
