Diputado Tailhade presenta hoy la denuncia penal contra el fiscal Marijuan
El diputado nacional del Frente para la Victoria, Rodolfo Tailhade,adelantó que «hoy presentamos la denuncia penal» contra el fiscal federal Guillermo Marijuan por «mal desempeño» en sus funciones, a partir de la difusión del audio con sus dichos entorno a una causa en la que se investiga a la expresidenta Cristina Kirchner.
«Creo que el mensaje era para el Presidente. Busca encarcelar a Cristina porque es la máxima ofrenda que le puede dar a Macri», sostuvo en declaraciones a Radio 10.
«El audio revela una operación en la que está involucrado Marijuan, hay secuencia entre la denuncia de Lanata y el pedido de indagatoria de Marijuan. Creo que el audio es anterior a la presentación judicial y eso es muy grave. La estructura está conformada por la pata mediática, judicial y política», agregó.
«Marijuan tiene el propósito de encarcelar a Cristina, está demostrado que la persigue y que está alejado del principio de autonomía. Acá existe una asociación de personas: Marijuan, Lanata y Macri tienen el plan en común de encarcelar a Cristina», denunció.
El funcionario aseveró que «Marijuan busca que los nombren procurador de la Nación, y Gils Carbó está siendo atacada en varios frentes para desplazarla. Macri es la única persona que puede facilitar su nombramiento».
«Lo que denota el audio es el mal desempeño de Marijuan: falta de decoro y falta de objetividad», concluyó.
En el audio que trascendió, el fiscal le aseguraba a una persona que había dejado «al borde de la detención» a la ex mandataria.
Ayer, Tailhade reclamó el inicio del proceso de juicio político al fiscal federal. En una nota dirigida a la procuradora general de la Nación, Alejandra Gils Carbó, Tailhade sostuvo que el audio «demuestra, sin lugar a dudas, un ánimo persecutorio y hasta vindicativo hacia la expresidenta».
