Macri sigue saqueando la ANSeS: Le dará a Vidal $28.000 millones de la plata de los jubilados
Poco antes de la Navidad, el gobierno nacional dispuso una ayuda financiera a la Provincia que inyectará dinero a las arcas bonaerenses pero deberá ser contabilizado como deuda. La ANSeS, el organismo que administra las jubilaciones y pensiones, asistirá con una cifra millonaria al gobierno de María Eugenia Vidal.
Se trata de una ayuda en forma de un préstamo del Fondo de Garantía de Sustentabilidad, en pesos, y bajo condiciones “muy ventajosas” para la Provincia, según la apreciación recogida en despachos del Gobierno. También se habla, en ese caso, de alrededor de 28 mil millones de pesos.
La medida fue publicada hoy en el Boletín Oficial. Se otorga un plazo de hasta 26 meses y con tasas que llegan al 9,87%. Con estos fondos, se completa el monto total de nueva deuda contraída por la provincia durante este año, que asciende a $58.400 millones.
El FGS es un instrumento compuesto por distintos tipos de activos financieros -títulos públicos, plazos fijos, obligaciones negociables, fondos comunes de inversión, etc- que fue creado en 2008 cuando se estatizaron las Administradoras de Fondos de Jubilaciones y Pensiones (AFJP). A la ANSeS le sirve como fondo de reserva para invertir adecuadamente los excedentes financieros del régimen previsional. Es una caja, además, de la que se han nutrido varios programas estatales.
